Actress Chou Dan-wei attended the “Ink Rhyme and Shared Hearts: Unity and Self-Strengthening” calligraphy and painting exhibition. Long devoted to liuli (colored glaze) art, she rarely participates in painting exhibitions and was thrilled by the occasion. She humbly remarked that, compared to her glasswork, her paintings are like those of an “elementary school student”—still immature and in a learning phase—making the gathering and exchange of ideas with fellow artists a valuable learning opportunity.

On the 14th, Chou attended the exhibition alongside Yang Yan, Ling Hui-hui, Mi Kai-li, Zhang Rui-zhu, Hu Fei-cui, and Yao Cai-ying. The two paintings she exhibited featured pairs of birds and fish, reflecting her longing for romance. She candidly noted that her friends are mostly in couples, adding, “I hope my own life can also be a story of ‘pairs’—finding a partner.”
